Western Digital ships the first 1TB laptop hard drive

I was looking for a huge storage drive to put my back up in the other day at Challenger. I wondered if there was any portable external hard drive that is bigger than 500GB. I meant the 2.5” drive. Nope, not available. I decided to go for the Seagate FreeAgent Desk.

Just today I read that Western Digital has released the first 1 TB laptop(2.5inch) hard drive. Darn, should have waited a month and we would have seen the portable 1TB drive in our stores.
