My 200GB Seagate crashed about a week back.
Fault:

• Noisy
• Too many bad clusters

I logged on to Seagate for RMA and realised you have few locations for return. There are actually two distributors locally. I would suggest checking Seagate’s website to check against the Serial Number for the return location

Since Changi is too far I will be returning via post. It wont cost more than S$5, i hope.

Edit: Just sent my HDD. It cost me S$3.90 for both the bubble wrap packaging and posting. If you want to register, just add another $2.20.
